"I had originally been scheduled for surgery on 2/20/02 with Dr. Gerald Demarest. He was called away on medical military leave, therefore, I was switched to Dr. Donald Fry. I was truly impressed. After being disappointed of the cancellation, I was not very optimistic. Dr. Fry, first of all, apologized profusely for the changes that occurred and the way everything was handled, which was poorly. He made up for everything, he appeared to be caring and explained his plan of action. Needless to say, his professional mannerism changed my opinion of the surgery, the hospital and my future. Thank you Dr. Fry."
