"My first impression of Dr. Simone was that he seemed very friendly, very business like. He answered all questions in a way that we understood everything he was saying. The office staff is first rate. From the first moment I spoke to them over the phone, I felt as if I were talking to someone I would want to know. At no time did they promise anything they could not deliver. I felt that if I lived in Kane, PA, I would want to stop in and have a chat with them on their coffee breaks. Dr. Simone told it like it is. It is a VERY major operation, we should think it over carefully and we could change our minds up to the moment we go under anesthesia. After care was prominently mentioned. Risks were discussed and identified. Dr. Simone has a delightful sense of humor and everyone felt comfortable in his presence and yet there was no questioning his competence. I guess that must mean he knows what he can do and it just somehow is transfered to those around him. He exudes confidence. It is most important to be competent when preforming surgery and a good bedside manner is just icing on the cake."
