You're my hero!!! I hope I can handle the post op part of open RNY even a fraction as well as you have! You're made of sturdy stock for sure; that's no small operation you just had!!!! All the best for your continued good health.

Good Morning, this is Dianne, Tony's wife. He has two days left before he is on the other side. His surgery is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 25th at 7:30. On the way to work this morning he said to me, "I was wondering when it was going to hit me"...so I gather, reality is setting in. He is going to do fine, and I get that faith from reading all the comments from this site. Thank you all for your help and encouragement. I will keep you updates as the days go by....Dianne Andretta

Wow Tony! Only 4 days and a wake up! You are going to do so well. You have a wonderful support group. Just remember to walk walk walk, use that incentive spirometer, and sip sip sip those fluids. You are going to do great. Joe and I will come and see you on Wednesday in the hospital.
