"Dr. Jiser is extremely competent and confident. I've heard nothing but good things said about his work and I have only good things to say as well. The entire bariatric team is amazing, well-run and very nice. Christine LaBrecque does an incredible job of coordinating everything and keeping on top of things. She always has a smile on her face. The team secretary, Carol, is always so nice and helpful. Nutritionist, Janet Carter knows her "stuff" :) and is also great to deal with, same for Lisa in the nursing area. Everyone is very forthcoming about the risks involved and about how life-changing this surgery will be. There is a very structured pre-op plan for having many tests done before you can be approved for the surgery. This was important to me, as I wanted to know my true health baseline myself. It's good to know they are this strict about the pre-testing so that when you are done you know for sure if you are really a good candidate for this surgery. They have a scheduled after-care follow-up program and great support groups for anyone interested. I would highly recommend this doctor and this program to anyone interested."
