"I have only met Dr. Ikramuddin once thus far. He seemed very genuine to me and a pleasant man. The staff I have encountered have all been very helpful and friendly. They have been quite dilligent about returning any phone messages I have left. I started this process through a different hospital, so I have less experience with them, but so far it has all been very postive. "
