"Dr. Benak is a great surgeon. I have the pleasure of knowing him on a professional level as well as a presonal level. My opinion of Dr. Benak has only gotten better. His office staff is very caring and very helpful. Dr. Benak is committed to providing high quality surgical and health care to the patients he serves. At very pre-op visit and all my post-op visits he has counseled me about aftercare and what would be involved. His aftercare program involves frequent visits to his office in the immediate post-op period and referrals to support groups. He was very matter of fact about the potential risks and benefits of the surgery. He made sure I understood all of the risks up front. I would rate him a 10 out of 10. He is a very caring and concerned physician that is very competent and has a great bedside manner. "
