Well it has been a year and I am 100lbs healthier, in wonderful physical condition, gone is the apnea, high blood preasure, back pain (mostly just lower now)I walk 2 miles a day, exercise and actually enjoy it! No more out of breath, best part is how excited I am to be alive, thank God and you all everyday~
