Well today is April 23rd and after 6 long day in the hospital I am home!!!!! I tell ya hat place can get really boring. The surgery itself went really really well over in less than an hour. Later there were some minor complications that kept me in several extra days. Being that I had no idea what it would"feel" like to be full , empty etc I had a hard time knowing what the problem was. Evidently the first day post op I had such post nasal congestion that I got a mucas plus stuck in my outlet to my pouch ...and nothing was able to exit causeing me to vomit up copous amounts of fluid. Being that I was taking nothing by mouth this was rather confusing till I myself figured out that what I was vomiting up was my saliva. Well anyway to make a long story short they ended up doing and EGD ( medical vaccuum with a light hehe ) sucking out the muscas plus and a large amout of fluid. Once this happened I felt 10,000% better and immediatly began to heal rapidly. Coming home within two short days. I want to thank everyone who sent me e-mails it was great to have support So now we just wait and watch the weight drop off!! Yeah!!!
