Hey gals ... It's Nancy (alias "Kay"). Can you believe I have just found your notes? I'm so embarrassed because I wasn't able to find them. I forgot the site I was to go through to get here! Duh! I don't think WLS is gonna do a THING for my absent mindedness! :) Thank all of you for being so kind to post encouragement. I know you won't believe it but Humana STILL says it has not received my appeals papers. It makes me too tired to tell the whole story (ZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzz) but I can tell you that I offered to re-gather everything and drive it all to the Appeals Board. They said they would not be able to accept it. So far my info (all 28 pages)has been sent to 4 DIFFERENT Humana addresses and FAXED twice to their FAX line. Now they say they cannot accept an Appeal via FAX from the Doctor's office. I am praying that somehow this can be solved because I sure don't know what to do next. Blessings to one and all. hi friend... I think your question understandable.. sometimes posters here say Lap.. but they are referring to Laproscopic Surgery and there is a Laproscopic Band Surgery and a Laproscopic RnY Surgery and two are different surgeries.... Another form of the Banded Surgery and RnY surgery is called "Open" and that means surgery that is cut from breast bone to navel.
