Hi Corinne, I will say a prayer for you and keep you in my thoughts that you have a safe surgery and a smooth recovery. You're having your WLS in a week. You must be so excited and nervous at the same time. My WLS is March 26th and I am feeling the same way. But we will both be so glad of our decision when we get to the other side!!! Good luck to you and have a happy birthday on Monday! ps Thanks for the review of the Balance Gold Bars. I'll check them out!

Corinne, Just wanted to wish you the best for your upcoming surgery. I hope all goes well and that you have a easy and quick recovery. Just think, you are almost to the other side. Oh yeah, remember to get up and walk as soon as they will let you, it really does help.

Best wishes on your upcoming surgery. We both wish you all the luck in the world with your recovery too. We BOTH had open rny's in 2001. Mine (Doug, aka: OLD RODEO CLOWN PANTS) was in Oct and I have lost 215 lbs. My sweet wife, Nancy, had her surgery in June and she has lost 110 lbs.
