I am 6 weeks post-op now and have lost 70 lbs. so I am very, very excited about that!!!! Learning to take care of my new little pouch and getting enough protein daily have been my biggest challenges. It is definitely a learning process. My dietican, Robin Beeson, told me about some little packets of liquid protein (2 oz. each), that have 30 grams of protein each and I am going to order some of that. It is perfect for gbs patients.
