"Dr. Lord is very compassionate & to the point & has a wonderful bedside manner. He was very informative on all aspects (positive & negative) of the surgery. I have never had a doc that exhibited so much time & interest in my well-being. For those of you who are waiting for your surgery, it is definitely well worth the wait. I would also like to add that Dr. Fontana & Jan are also an integral part of this entire system. Throughout the waiting, surgery & now post-op periods, I consider them my extended family.
