"Dr Richard was soft spoken and seemed to know alot about his profession. I never felt rushed. He smiled a lot and seemed down to earth and I really liked that. The office staff was ok...not that impressed. It was the end of the day and they wanted to go home..not alot of smiling going on with them. I hope things change in that department.
I thought Doctor Richard was going to be my surgeon but Doctor Procter will actually be my surgeon. "
