people! I was self pay and he did everything
he could to help me make it affordable, including
getting accredited at a surgery center so I didn't have
to pay higher rates at a hospital. His
staff (especially Brenda!) is very competent
and knowledgable. The Ambulatory Surgicenter
in Rockford is also fantastic! I highly
reccomend both!"

and were very impressed with his professionalism and honesty
concerning the benefits and risks of surgery.
I am confident that he will do wonders for me!
The only problem I have encountered is the fact that the office is so busy!
2-9-01 I like Dr. Schlesinger so much I had him do my hernia repair! He was
great- when I went in and saw him for my year check, he discovered my hernia right away.
He got me going down to the scheduler and all and I didn't get a chance to ask many
questions. After I got a date (they got me in the next week!), I called to see if
I could come in with my questions and they got me right in to see him. He is so patient
and encouraging and he knows his stuff! He explained everything to me (the risks too)
and I felt pretty calm about the whole thing. Again, I really think BTC knows
what they are doing- Dr. Schlesinger especially!"
