"I had my operartion on March 21st. Dr. Alexander is wonderful. My intial consultation with him was for 2 and 1/2 hours and he never made me or my husband feel rushed at all.
Sabrina (the insurance specailist) is wonderful. Very helpful, professional, knows her job, and gets the insurance to reply ASAP, it was less than 3 weeks after meeting with the doctor that I received approval from the insurance.
I had a choice wether to go with a Doctor that was covered 100% by my insurance but I didn't feel that they had the same experience, knowledge, or expertise as Dr. Alexander.
Dr. Alexander or someone from the office always responds to phone calls immediately. After the operation he came to check up on us and always asked if we needed anything for pain or anything at all.
I would not have let anyone else do this operation for me.
