Jay, Thanks for the message you put on the message board today. It is real encouraging and upbeat. My surgery is tomorrow morning, and I was glad to read about your successes. I read your profile a couple months ago, didn't have time to re-read it all today, but I will after church this morning. Reading a post like yours day before has started my day great! Thanks, Lisa

Hi Jay, I just wanted to say congratulations on all your small triumphs since having your surgery. Every pound is a blessing. Every wonderful thing your loved ones say to you as encouragement are things to be grateful for. Your dreams are not unrealistic. You deserve all the wonderful things that you hope for and one day will achieve. Just know that one day you will be thinner than you could possibly have dreamed before the WLS. I hope and pray that one day you will report to us that you have reached your goal weight and that your life is the richer for it. Take care and God Bless, and for heaven's sake keep us updated!

Jay I was so happy to see your post and hear you are doing well. I am glad you got the extra time off to heal, there is no sense in rushing it. I am so thankful that my God brought you to this sight. You are a blessing to many. Carin

I talked to Jay this morning and she sounds great! She had been up once to walk and was going to again this afternoon. She sounds wonderful, please keep her in your thoughts and prayers, I know that God sure is.

Hello, Angel Terri reporting an update! JAY is doing so good..she has already been given food, can you believe it? I talked to her this morning, and she sounded incredible. She has been up walking (kinda uncomfortable, but not unbearable)...and she has such a strong sense of purpose. God bless her..she is going to do fine! Well, it won't be long before she is updating herself...peace in Christ to all..love, Terri

Alright! Jay is on the other side..and sounds great! I just talked to her and she was using the pump..I told her to keep it up *grins*. Anyway, you can call her direct at 1-703-391-3360. She hasn't been up yet..but, I told her I would call her tonight to see how that went. She is so happy about all the support she has had from AMOS...what a happy Jay she is to be on the 'other side'. Sam is doing great also (NOW)..he has gone home to rest a little while. She said the hospital staff is really treating her good...! Much love from Jay and Terri to all...Keep the faith! (ps: a personal note from me Angel T., thank you all so much...Jay is so special and you all made her feel it!)
