"I liked Dr. Hess from the very start, he is very
informative, and takes his time to answer all
your questions. I really didn't get much chance
to interact with the office staff yet, but what
little I did they seemed very nice. He emphasizes
the after care very much. He especially talks
alot about the vitamins and things you will need
to take after you are post op."
