Today, March 20 is my first anniversary. Basically, I feel great! I have lost only 95 lbs. Was hoping for more weight lost, but I know that it will come off, I've got to do more exercising and walking. Didn't realize that people generally don't like walking. My doctor informed me that my B2 (Riboflavin) and Folic Acid is low, so they are sending me to a nutrionist next month. Will update of the status of that visit.
