"I was so excited to meet Dr. Pratt. She was everything that everyone had told me about her, caring, confident, and as nice and personable as can be. She even came in to meet with patients on her maternity leave, if that tells you about her dedication to her patients. The staff are all wonderful from the medical doctors, psychiatrists, nutritionists, administrative people, all of them have been extremely helpful to me. At this present time there is nothing that I can say I like least about the any one I have met or the office in general. Since I am travelling over an hour away, they have done everything they can to accomodate me and my schedule. They have a very involved program with lots of appts. before surgery and a very extensive program after surgery which is mandatory for six months and costs $825.00, which insurance does not cover. Their program consists of meeting with all of them and also being involved in weight groups with peers that are going through the same thing you are. Everyone is also very up front and doesn't "sugar coat" everything, they are very open and honest, but very positive about all that is involved. I am blessed to have been able to find Dr. Pratt and her office and am very thankful to each and every one of them. I am counting off the days until my surgery on September 27, 2002."
