"He can be a little intimadating a first. Your first visit he gives a very well rehearsed speech, don't let it detour you, he wants to make sure you are committed. He's very knowledgable and very personable and you have to love his bow ties. In addition he has very lovely and helpful women working in his office (behind every good man:) Gina and Tara who are so helpful and very supportive. They do a great job and I highly recommend them."
