"I had seen r. Timothy J. Custer on February 19.2002 I had done alot of investigating and went in with a lot of already acquired info. Since I am alreaady a r.n., I knew what to expect except for the actual surgery and what they do. The internet ia such a valuable tool. However for the office staff, I give kudos to kathy and to the woman who answers the phone who has had weight loss surgery herself. On the other hand, I am glad to know that I am not the only one who as had problems and opinions about pam, and glad it isn;t just me. She is patronizing, and belittling, and does not help what overweight people feel already about themselves. She never returns phone calls, and I would hope that with all the complaints, that she woud change her attitude or be dismissed. I have a ton more knowledge than her, and will not be talked to as a fool. This surgery and waiting for approval obviously does't mean a thing to her. I might also contact her superior if things don't change. This is only my opinion and does not deter from Dr. Custer. Please email me for people who have had him as their surgeon."
