Well, it’s official! You’re on the losing side for a month now. I hope that all went well for you! Your journey will have moments to “pause” – I’d like to impart some words of wisdom for when it does occur - remember these wise words whispered by Confucius – “It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.” Be patient. Hey! Just wanted to wish you good luck on your big day!! Think positive thoughts and do exactly what your doc tells ya and you'll be great!! I'm only 7 weeks out and already down 45 lbs!!
