Einstein Medical Center

"Right after surgery the nurses were very accomadating in letting my whole family be in the room with me. Even my two year old nephew, who was hysterical until I woke up from the anasthesia and told him I was okay. The response time of the nurses was sometimes a little slow, and there was no one to be found to wheel me out when i was ready to be discharged...my surgeon (Dr Greenberg) came in to find out if I was waiting around for something in particular, then wheeled me downstairs himself! I was bored, and time seemed to crawl by, but thats normal I guess."

Richard Greenberg

"On the first visit the Doctor and his assistant Dawn both talked to me about the surgery itself and complications, as well as my expectations. They both answered my questions and were very friendly. I had to get a psych evaluation twice, but when they got the second one, the Surgeon was very positive. It made me feel good that I hadn't given up. I liked that Dr Greenburg and Dawn (his assistant) always spoke to me as if the surgery was definitely going to happen. They were always very positive. Although I didnt get to spend a lot of time talking to the Surgeon, I didnt feel shortchanged because I had already done a lot of research on my own. Although the office staff were very helpful and friendly they were clearly understaffed (there seemed to be three or four surgeons sharing the same office suite). "
