"When I met with Dr. Cook, he and his office staff were very friendly and they are there to help you in any way. He really cares to take the time to listen to your questions ---not like a lot of the physicians that I have been to in the past where they are in and out before you can ask questions. In fact, he asked me about four times if I had questions. He really took the time to explain the surgery in detail and long-term care follow-up with me.
