Hi, I wasn't sure if you'd gotten a response to your vitamin question or not, but here's what I do: I take a Centrum Chewable multivitamin every day and as for the calcium, I have gotten some from www.vitalady.com which are capsules, and I've also tried the ones from www.vitaminshoppe.com which are chewable wafers. I'm like you; I'm afraid something will get stuck, so I try to get everything either really small or chewable! Good luck!

Hey there...just wanted you to know that I'm right there withya...had to laugh at your post because I can definately identify with your statment that most peoples starting weights are my goal weight! LOL We'll get there. Good luck to you in your approval process...hope it's really fast!

I have the same problem some days I can eat more than others and I have no idea why....if anyone answers you would you please let me know

A, people who would say things like that must not have a very good self-esteem or confidence about themselves, so they try to make themselves feel better by putting others down. YOU JUST HAVE TO IGNORE THEM AND REALIZE THAT YOU HAVE DONE A TERREFIC JOB OF LOSING WEIGHT AND HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO BE PROUD OF YOURSELF. YOU ARE WORTH IT!!! Janice

A, you have lost an incredible amount of weight and you should be proud of that for yourself. Don't let what other people say or don't say effect you. People are going to be people and you can't put your faith or trust in them to make you happy. Be happy with the weight that you have already lost as it is a lot.
