Andrew P. Kramer

"My first impression of Dr. Kramer was remarkable. He was very thorough and up front in relaying all that would be involved in the surgery, different types of surgery that were available and why he did or didn't like them. He was very understanding and helpful and offers a wonderful support team--staff and peer meetings every week. Dr. Kramer was very up front with the benefits and risks of the surgery explaining the most common risks and complications that have been encountered and occur more often like pheonumonia (sp), blood clots and pouch leakage. I feel very confident in him and know that he perform a good surgery and that if I have any questions, before or after the surgery, either him or someone on his staff will be there to answer the question. He has a very structured aftercare program and encourages you to return to the peer meeting to relay your experience and accomplishments to others who have had the surgery or who are interested in it. From what I know so far about Dr. Kramer, I think he is a first rate doctor and would (and have) recommend him to anyone. "
