"My first impression of Dr.Berkowitz was that he was very nice and seemed experienced with people having weight loss surgery. He made me feel at ease and wasn't critical of my weight problem like so many doctors have been. I came in with a list of questions and he answered every one untill I was comfortable with everything.
His office staff has been very friendly and understanding and he has staff that have been through the surgery wich is helpful!.My only cmplaint is I am not sure if he over books patients or they need a better system but it is becoming the norm to be rescheduled at the last minute which is a major inconvenience.
I am still very satisfied with Dr.Berkowitz as a surgeon.I would recomend him to anyone thinking of this surgery."
