"I first saw Dr. Rogers in the lobby of the medical center. I was very impressed that he took time to speak with several patients. I happened to be sitting next to the mother of one patient. When she asked who I was seeing, she told me how Dr. Rogers was so helpful and wonderful to her daughter. In the consult, he was very direct. He didn't 'pussyfoot' around but got right to the point of describing the surgery, etc. He asked if I had any questions, but as I have done much research and as he was most thorough, I could not think of any questions. My only disappointment was when he told me it would be at least 2-3 months before I would get my surgery date. (I wish the BTC rep had not led me to believe I would be able to get the date during my winter break.) I am confident that Dr. Rogers is a capable and skillful surgeon."
