Helen, I just wanted to wish you the best of luck with your surgery. I hope that you feel so much better after you are on the loosing side. God gave us such a great gift with wls. I hope that it is helpful in your journey. I wish a speedy recovery for you with no complications.

Hi Helen, I am having lap rny tomorrow morning at 7:30am, here in Sacramento, CA. It seems like it took forever for this day to get here, but now that it is upon me I can't believe it's finally happening. I know that July seems like a wait, but really it is just around the corner. How exciting to be coming to California for the big day. I think you are going to love it here. I wish you the very best every step of the way. Take care and keep in touch.
