Hello my amos family. Everything went fine with my surgery June 25, 2003. I was given an epidural for pain management, and it was lovely, however I feeling the after effects now. It's not so bad though. I want to thank everyone for their support and prayers, for without it, I would not have pulled through. I still a little sore in my upper stomach area, and yesterday I had my first bowel movement, all day long YUCK!! Other than that, I'm basically having appetitie cravings constantly, and I'm fighting the urge to eat dispite the urges. I'll be glad when I can eat solid foods, this liquid stuff is tiresome. I'll keep in touch, gotta go walk now. Special thanks to Sharon Brittain, my angel. Love you girl!!

Well, 2 more days to go, and finally, I'm ready. I went grocery shopping for my new foods, and for my kids while I'm gone of course. I washed every stich of dirty clothes in my house, I cleaned, cleaned and cleaned. I feel as if I'm in the nesting syndrome, you know like in your last days of pregnancy. Tonight, I'm going to Red Lobster for my favorite meal, Lobster drenched in butter! Tomorrow I'll be on clear liquids, so tonight is it. Thanks everyone for the well wishes and prayers, and I'll be posting.
