"It was just Okay. For me the WLS was a major life change issue. It was just a job for them, kind of like being a cashier at the market, "just push me through". They acted inconvenienced whenever asked to do anything. I hated to interrupt lunch, then I really got it!"

Juliet Lee

"I arrived on time and did not have to wait long. My husband drove me into DC since I don't know Georgetown very well. I was nervous and self consience. Dr. Lee's staff was friendly, professional and they helped me feel comfortable. Dr. Lee is knowledgable. She willing to answer any and all of my questions so I would be well informed. Ongelic, her asst., was very paitent with me and helped termendously with the insurance company. She even worked out a surgery date with me after I had to reschedule 3x's. Dr. Lee is quite and reserved. I believe overall she is a terrfic MD. I truat all will be fine. I am in God's hands, no better place to be. Post-op************************** Since Dr. Lee is the staff gastro-surgeon, she is followed around by interns and so on. I was warned and was asked the same questions frequently, but that was cool. Kinda felt like a class project. "

"The pre-op stuff went great, everyone was very helpful and informative. The pre-op (the morning of surgery) was terrif as well. The post-op and recovery staff were great and kept my family informed. "
