Hi, I have now lost 50LB! I went and weighed at Winn Dixie today and I am down to 190 LB! I am so happy and excited, I sure hope that the rest of my weight is this easy to lose! I walk everyday but Sunday with my friend Deb McNeal that had surgery also, and I go to Curves three times a week, I ahve noticed that I am getting pretty flabby and that my hard fat is geting smushy! i still have a time with eating meat, but I am getting in my protein, I feel so much better! Thanks for all of the love and prayers and encouragement that I have recieved from everybody!

HI, it has been a little over two weeks, I feel so much better! I do have a real problem with meat, I just can't eat it! I have been able to eat cheese, peanut butter and beans, Taco Bell pintos and cheese has saved my life! I have been having problems with dizziness, but the Doc said that is from my metabolism working differently. I also have a problem when I try to eat first thing in the morning it wants to come back out, so I am trying to drink for a while and take my vitamins and let that settle before breakfast.

Ladies thankyou so much for the words of encouragement! I know that this will be one of the best things that I will ever do for myself and I am a bundle of excited nervous energy, I hav to say that to have you comments really makes a big difference to me!

LORETTA--Just wanted to let you know that I am thinking of you and wish you the best of luck on your upcoming surgery. Having my surgery (Aug 2 at Carraway) was the best thing I have ever done for myself--I have lost 40 lbs since surgery!! I wish you much success and I hope that you have an uneventful surgery and a speedy recovery.
