SHERRY--Congratulations on your upcoming surgery on Sept 12. I, too, had WLS on Aug 2 at Carraway in Birmingham (Dr. Ronald Clements) and I have lost 40 lbs so far. Rest assured that this is the absolute best thing that you can do for yourself. You are giving yourself the gift of LIFE!!! I pray that your surgery will go well with no complications and that your recovery will be easy and painfree (MINE WAS!!) When those pre-surgery jitters get the best of you just remember that this is the beginning of a whole new life for you and that when you get the surgery behind you, you will find that it has all been worth it!!About Me
