"Dr. Gagner is reserved but very pleasant. My first meeting was actually with his associate, Dr. Inabnet, who was extremely thoughtful, kind and thorough. The office staff is helpful and friendly, although one has to be fairly pro-active to self-navigate through all the pre-op appointments. I very much enjoyed the monthly support group meeting held by Dr. Gagner and his staff at Mt. Sinai -- it was very informative and promoted an environment of camaraderie. "
