After the consultation, I realized that he made me feel that he would take good care of me. He even smiled! He definitely has bedside manner and I feel that he gives more than 100% to his patients.
The office staff was very nice and made me feel comfortable.
What I liked least was that I wish he could have been more reassuring or convincing about deciding to have the surgery.
