"I met Dr. Goodman yesterday January 27, 2000 and he seemed very nice. He answered all my questions. He was very thorough in letting me know what to expect from the surgery. His staff was courtious and nice. There really was nothing I did not like about him. We did not talk at lenght about aftercare. I have to go back to have a psychological evaluation and to speak with the nutritionist. He did talk about aftercare and the possible complications of surgery the have a support group which you can join before or after. I watched a video before seeing him that explained the surgery and the possible complications of the surgery in detail and I was encouraged to take notes (his nurse got me paper and a pen, since I did not have any) so that I could write down any questions for the dr. afterward. I give him a very good rating he has a wonderful bedside manner and from what I have read so far on WLF site he is also a great surgeon."
