"I met Dr. Felix for the 1st time on 1/15/01 and then again in his office on 1/16/01. Both my husband & myself were very impressed with him. He is very down to earth, but a "MATTER OF FACT" kind of guy. He doesn't hold back. The office staff were extremely busy but always courteous and polite. The only thing I could say negatively about Dr. Felix is that he is so busy, he is almost too rushed. But that is totally understandable. Aftercare is very important to Dr. Felix. He believes that a person needs to commit to him for 2 years. He was very honest about the risk, however, he did emphazize the risks of not having it as well. From my first impression, He is a 10. As most peope say, "first impressions are usually right." I believe that the surgical competence is the most important, but a good bedside manner helps."
