Dear Natalie.......I had a stress echo test today and they told me I had two heart valve leaks and I only took Phen-Fen for a month! This scares the crap out of me, I can tell you, so your message up on the board is very important. I feel no symtoms but I could go a long time without knowing til the damage is advanced. I don't know what the future holds. If it's a comfort, the cardiologist was very upbeat and said good luck on my operation as if he thought even with this problem the operation will be allowed to take place. I am scheduled the day before you, June 18th. Please don't worry this weekend. I'm sure we will both have our operations without delay. God Bless!

I wish you all the best on your upcoming surgery. I hope all the "surgery angels" swoop down to surround you and protect you. My husband and I BOTH had wls in 2001 and have lost a combined total of 285 lbs. You can do it too!!!!!!!!
