Dear Tami: Hey wls friend, I know how difficult it is to eat that food slow; I've discovered eating with people seems to keep me less interested in the food through conversation etc.; But, sometimes, that doesn't even work. I guess what I'm learning the most-----it's learned! Eating with smaller spoons, forks (baby stuff/toddler stuff) has helped me a lot too. Also, using toddler sippy cups has helped immensely concerning the consumption of liqiuds. I think this has been one of the hardest things I've ever done---change is so difficult---especially at our age (I'm 37 years old). I hope your husband's job interview was successful in getting him the job; my husband, too, is unemployed since June, I can't wait until he goes back to work---his emotional psyche is in need. Take care. Please write---if you want to chat. I have ADD/bipolar issues---I understand. Sincerely, Lori Ann
