"My first impression of Dr. Oakley was respectable, he came in and first apologized very sincerly for me having to have my appoinment rescheduled from the day before, due to him being stuck in the OR. His office staff was very friendly it was a very personal experience, I didn't feel like just another patient I felt indivual care . I dhad no dislikes for the Dr. or his offfice staff. For future patients I would say ask him anything don't worry about taking to much time or offending him, he will take as much time as needed to answer all of your questions even the uncomfortable ones. "
