I have the joy of announcing that Angela came thru her open RNY perfectly yesterday, and is recovering. She has the normal discomfort today, but the NG and catheter are out. We walked this afternoon and she did better than she thought she could. I also had the joy of meeting Angela's parents, who have been hugely supportive while Angela fought the insurance company to get this done. Angela is a new AMOS member- please come to her surgery page to wish her well on her journey to health.
