5/8/03 I haven't met anyone yet from Manteca in the support group. I went to the consultation meeting in April and met both Dr. Coates and Dr. Coirin. They both seem very competent. I have had my Psych evaluation, sleep study, and am waiting for approval at this time. I know I will be approved because the insurance unofficially told me I would have no problem. I just need Sonia to get the official word and then my surgery date should be scheduled. I really enjoy reading others postings and they inspire me to keep the faith and be patient. Thank you everyone for being there! I would love to hear from you. I hope to attend the May support group meeting. I work two jobs and find it difficult to make evening appointments, but this one is a must!! Hopefully my surgery date will be posted soon. Keep in contact! Jan
