Office staff was kind. My biggest dislike was he indicated at my consult a period he wanted to do my surgery and my date ended up being a month later than i anticipated. Don't believe the surgeon on surgery dates. other than that, he was thorough in describing exactly what was going to happen. I haven't had enough time with him to rate him yet, pre surgery info was good. in terms of which is better, surgical competence or bedside manner, i would prefer both but if i have to choose one, i'd prefer the competence over the personality. And Dr. Rumsey is the Cheif of Staff so I feel very confident in his capabilities."
