He was very informative and wanted to make sure I understood how serious this surgery was. The front office staff - was not very friendly, rather cold.
I did feel that the office visit was slightly rushed but that maybe because I don't have approval yet, they probably have a lot of people coming in and not that much time to spend. I feel that if I get approval he will take more time. He certainly if very careful.
After sugery Dr.Roye was very good, very talented surgically too. Heard nothing but good things about him from the hospital staff. Can't imagine having anyone else do the surgery."
