"Haven't met him yet. Talked to office staff they were very courteous. The Dr handles gastric bypass patients only on Wed. Went to speak with Nurse Practioner .. she explained how thorough my surgeon is and what to expect during and after the surgery .. Upbeat about going ahead with the process to approve . Sept 20th .. had my long chat with Dr Haicken .. he was very nice and went over the good and the bad stuff that can happen ..what to expect and when to contact him .. he answered all my questions and wrote down my requests .So far he has done 53 and he tells you point blank so far so many have had this or the other happen .. His staff continues to be helpful and very polite .. Once I got the denial letter I was told I was on my own .Two denials then an approval Once I got my approval all was done fast ..."
