Bruce Wolfe
"I was approved for a consultation on 02/09/01. My PCP faxed a copy to the surgical center the same day. Waiting to hear from UCD Surgical Center. UPDATE 06/20/01 - I met with Dr. Wolfe today and found him to be a very nice man. He explained some of the risks and informed me that I am a candidate for surgery. He took the time to answer any questions I had. I feel very comfortable with him. I will see him for my 2nd consult on 07/25. UPDATE 07/25/01- Had my second consult today. Spent most of the time talking to Dr. Wolfe's resident. He went over again any questions I had. He also explained exactly how the surgery is done. He was very nice and well informed. I then talked to the nutritionist and was able to answer all of her questions. She was making sure I knew what I was getting into. I only saw Dr. Wolfe for a few minutes. Now I am waiting for insurance approval and a surgery date."
