"my care was excellent. the nurses i had were wonderful, in this little mini unit they are trained to see to your needs, always, always super nice to me and my mom (she stayed while my husband came home with our daughter.)"
"I was very confident with my first impression of Dr.Madan. He NEVER rushed me about questions, or talked down to me. He didn't seem to think any question was not important. My impression has even grown better since he called on a weekend night to let me know when my surgery date had been scheduled. The office staff are nice enough, I just sense they may need additional nurses/assistants. So far I actually can not say anything negative about my doctor. (really)! He looks young, but yow feel better when you talk with him.:) He talked at length about aftercare, but assured me he would go over more as we get closer to the date. I am not sure as to what extent of which you are asking about aftercare, I am aware of a support group that meets once a month for sure, but i have not ask about that yet. Dr.Madan made sure I knew of the ultimate risk of any surgery, also made clear of infections etc.... I have to say he is clearly one of the nicest doctors i have met. I have read he has great competence in what he does, but to my disapointment, I have not experienced his actual "bedside" manner. Hopefully I will in a matter of weeks!!"
