"Dr. Coates is a radiant human being. He literally glows. He really loves what he does and wants to do as much for us as he can. He's spread a little thin but his P.A's are great the staff is very supportive. The aftercare program is very structured and the lively discussions in the waiting room only reflect each patients delight to have him as a surgeon. Dr. Coates has a structured educational program from begining to end. My overall rating for him would be a 10 out of 10, both his surgical competence and bedside manner are great."
