"He was a very bright man who has a heart of gold...very humble and helpful. It only got better as he spent time with me and cared a lot. The office staff is so careing and understanding. They address the problems at hand as quickly as possible. I did not, not like him. I loved him. He is professional on a person level. Very personable and thoughtful. Aftercare is an important part of the healing process and he emphasizes it well. Yes he has a very good structural aftercare program. He was very honest about he surgery and did not hold anything back to sugar coat amything. He was bluntly honest and openly informational. This risks were explained in great detail so as not to be misled.I would rate him out of 10 as a 10. surgical competence is number one..then the bedside manner is a nice bonus. I have no negative things to say. I truly had a great experience. The only bad thing was not being able to eat what I wanted and to have to change into a whole new lifestyle. But I was prewarned and prepared properly."
