Hi all! I am back and safely on the losing side! I was banded by Dr Spiegel on July 1st and the surgery went off without a hitch.The Dr even said that I was the fastest he has done so far taking 50 mins! I feel great except for the infamous left shoulder gas pain and I seem to be coming down with a little cold but other than that everythings good. I am happy to be back and excited to begin my new life! Special Thanks to Debbie Brown my sweet angel and my friend Linda Thompson for their love and support!

HI ALL! I finally get to say the words Ive longed to say since joining this site...In 6 days and a wake up Ill be banded! Special thanks to Debbie Brown who has so graciously volunteered to be my angel! She is doing so well with her Lap Band and has been a true inspiration.LOVE YA DEBBIE!!!
